in regards to my subject line, that is quoted from South Park.

I was trying to grab lunch with a friend yesterday in Westwood Village, and some asshole was all trying to make me sign a petition.
and i quote from him

"will you sign this petition, and learn more about the harmfulness of mercury, to help save children?"

I absolutely hate it when people try to pass a law or some shit like that, that favors them, and has absolutely nothing to do with children, but people have some shit-idea that the minute people say "save the children", it will all hit our soft-spot and make us support that petition.

Hell no.
(1) I hate liars
(2) I hate children.

So, yea, I think i pissed off that guy in Westwood Village yesterday, when i gave him a blatant "no" and a "I hate children", "so leave me alone".

How did this story tie in to the South Park quote in my subject line?
South Park raised this exact issue, of fucking guilt tripping people by using children, by making a satire-episode (the epsiode is called Underpant Gnomes).
In the episode, the city of South Park tried to ban big corporate companies like HarBucks (Starbucks), and the commercial telling people to vote "NO" against Harbucks said
" this is about children. you don't hate children.... do you? "

Yep, that was exactly what that guy did, trying to pass his anti-mercury movement.

Ughh.. He would have made a cute white boy, if he wasn't such an annoying dumbass.
